No doctor–patient relationship is formed by browsing

Viewing this website, reading its content, or submitting a booking request does not by itself create a doctor–patient relationship. Such a relationship is established only when Dr. Antony has accepted you as a patient and a consultation has taken place.

Online and remote consultations

Online, telehealth, and WhatsApp consultations have inherent limitations. Without an in-person examination, some conditions cannot be fully assessed, and a remote consultation may not be appropriate for your situation. Dr. Antony may determine that an in-person visit, laboratory testing, or referral is necessary, and may decline to provide certain advice or prescriptions remotely where it would not be clinically appropriate or safe to do so.

Payment & refund policy

Payment is made via MMG to secure your consultation. Once payment is sent, please share your confirmation with Dr. Antony on WhatsApp. Visit type (home visit or in-person), date, and time are then arranged together. Appointments are confirmed via WhatsApp.

In-person & home visits

If Dr. Antony is unable to attend a paid home visit or in-person consultation, a refund is issued. The amount — partial or full — depends on the circumstances (for example, whether any assessment or service had already been provided). Where no service has been delivered, a full refund applies.

Telehealth (video or WhatsApp consultations)

Fees for completed telehealth consultations (video or WhatsApp call) are non-refundable, as the service has been delivered in full. If a paid telehealth consultation does not take place because Dr. Antony is unavailable, a full refund applies.

Cancellations & no-shows

• Cancellations made at least 24 hours before a scheduled paid appointment are eligible for a partial refund.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment are non-refundable, as the reserved time can no longer be reallocated.
• If a patient does not attend a scheduled paid appointment and does not give prior notice, it is recorded as a no-show and the fee is non-refundable. Confirmation of attendance is handled via WhatsApp, and the WhatsApp record serves as confirmation.

Accuracy and your responsibility

Any guidance provided depends on the accuracy and completeness of the information you give. Please provide truthful, complete information about your symptoms, history, and medications. You remain responsible for following agreed instructions and for seeking timely in-person care when advised or when your condition changes or worsens.

Standard hours

Standard consultation hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Consultations outside regular hours may incur an additional fee, and weekend appointments may be arranged at a higher rate. Submitting a booking request does not guarantee an appointment until it has been confirmed by the practice, normally via WhatsApp.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dr. Antony Pitamber is not liable for any loss or harm arising from reliance on general information presented on this website, from delays in care caused by use of this site instead of appropriate emergency or in-person services, or from technical issues affecting the website or its booking function.
